What We Do

EulogyCraft is a eulogy writing service that helps you honour someone you have lost. You fill in a questionnaire about your loved one, make a one-time payment, and we create and deliver a personalised eulogy to your email, usually within a few minutes.

Your Purchase

• EulogyCraft is a one-time purchase. There are no subscriptions, recurring charges, or hidden fees.
• Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
• After payment, we deliver a complete eulogy to the email address you provide, usually within a few minutes.
• Every order includes free redrafts. If anything does not feel right, email us and we will rework it.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to feel good about what you receive. If anything does not feel right — the tone, a detail, the wording — just reply to your delivery email and tell us what did not work, and we will rework it for you. If after that you are still not happy, we will give you a full refund. No questions, no awkwardness.

What You Get

• The eulogy is yours to use, edit, and deliver however you wish. You own the final content.

What We Don't Promise

• Your eulogy is generated using AI, based on the details you provide. It may occasionally include small details that do not land perfectly, which is why we recommend reviewing it before use. No eulogy can capture every nuance of a life. Your own edits and personal touches will always make it better.
• We do our best to deliver promptly, usually within a few minutes, but we cannot guarantee exact delivery times in every case.
• We are not responsible for how the eulogy is used or delivered at a service.

Delivery Times

• Your eulogy is typically delivered within a few minutes of payment.
• If you have not received it within a couple of hours, please check your spam folder and then email us.

Your Responsibilities

• The information you provide in the questionnaire should be truthful and about a real person you have the right to eulogize.
• You are responsible for reviewing and editing the eulogy before delivering it.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.
