These terms govern your use of EulogyCraft (eulogycraft.com). By using our service and making a purchase, you agree to these terms.

EulogyCraft is operated by Gentle Tributes.

What We Do

EulogyCraft is a eulogy writing service that helps you honor someone you've lost. You fill in a questionnaire about your loved one, choose the option that feels right to you, make a one-time payment, and we deliver three eulogy variations to your email.

We offer two options:

• Standard — Three complete eulogies generated and delivered to your inbox within minutes.
• Premium — Three complete eulogies, personally reviewed and edited by our founder before delivery. Delivered within 12 hours.

Your Purchase

• EulogyCraft is a one-time purchase. There are no subscriptions, recurring charges, or hidden fees.
• Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
• After payment, we deliver three eulogy variations to the email address you provide.
• Both options include three free redrafts. If anything doesn't feel right, email us and we'll rework it.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to feel good about what you receive. Both options include three free redrafts at no extra cost. If the eulogies don't feel right to you, email us and let us know what didn't work. We'll rework them based on your feedback. If after that you're still not happy, we'll give you a full refund. No questions, no awkwardness.

What You Get

• Standard: Three eulogy variations generated based on the information you provide in our questionnaire. The quality and relevance depend on the details you share. We recommend reviewing and editing the eulogies before delivering them at a service.
• Premium: Three eulogy variations generated and then personally reviewed and edited by our founder. Our founder checks for accuracy, tone, and flow before sending them to you. You are still welcome to make further edits.
• The eulogies are yours to use, edit, and deliver however you wish. You own the final content.

What We Don't Promise

• The standard option uses AI to generate your eulogies. AI-generated content may occasionally include small details that don't land perfectly. That is why we recommend reviewing the eulogies before use.
• The premium option includes a personal review by our founder, but no eulogy can capture every nuance of a life. Your own edits and personal touches will always make it better.
• We do our best to deliver promptly — within minutes for standard, within 12 hours for premium — but we cannot guarantee exact delivery times in every case.
• We are not responsible for how the eulogies are used or delivered at a service.

Delivery Times

• Standard: Eulogies are typically delivered within minutes of payment.
• Premium: Eulogies are typically delivered within 12 hours of payment. If you need them sooner, email us and we'll do our best to prioritize your order.

Your Responsibilities

• The information you provide in the questionnaire should be truthful and about a real person you have the right to eulogize.
• You are responsible for reviewing and editing the eulogies before delivering them.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.
